Pirelli World Challenge driver Tom O’Gorman and teammate David Daughtery will debut their new 2015 Black Armor Helmets, SCCA Track Night In America, Carbotech, Autopower Industries, KTuner, Full Throttle Indoor Karting, Honda Racing/HPD Honda Fit in the Honda Fan Zone of the at the 100th running of the Indy 500.


The 100th running of the Indianapolis 500 takes the green this Sunday, and Pirelli World Challenge driver Tom O’Gorman will be there to debut his team’s new 2015 Honda Fit TCB race car. O’Gorman and teammate David Daughtery will show the new vehicle in the Honda Fan Zone, in addition to speaking about the car and their efforts on Sunday.

“It’s very exciting and a great opportunity for David and I to show and speak about our new 2015 Fit, representing one of the most accessible and competitive levels of professional and club racing,” says O’Gorman. “Pirelli World Challenge, Honda, and the TCB/B-Spec class have given me an incredible platform to begin my professional road racing career, and I’m honored to present that to so many fans at such a prestigious event. It’s particularly special to show our car this weekend, with a Honda on pole for the 100th running of the Indy 500 – you only get the 100th running once.”

O’Gorman and Daughtery have teamed for the 2016 season to take on Pirelli World Challenge and SCCA Club Racing, with O’Gorman’s sights set on a TCB Championship and Daughtery’s an SCCA Runoffs win. “The B-Spec class is unique in that it allows us to use the exact same car, in the exact same spec, in multiple levels of racing,” O’Gorman explains. “Honda Racing/HPD has done a fantastic job preparing an affordable kit to turn our 2015 Honda Fit into a full-on road racing machine.” O’Gorman will make the car’s Pirelli World Challenge debut at Road America, June 23-26.

The team’s 2015 Honda Fit will be on display in the Honda Fan Zone May 26-29, and drivers O’Gorman and Daughtery will speak on Sunday, May 29 at 10:00 AM in the Fan Zone.
