COMING UP: Phil Fogg Jr. will pilot the No. 18 Zoro Racing Porsche at Barber Motorsports Park this weekend as the Pirelli World Challenge stages a double-header event for Rounds 6 & 7 of the 2015 championship at the picturesque Birmingham, Alabama facility.

PREVIOUSLY… AT LONG BEACH: Phil Fogg Jr. finished seventh in the Grand Prix of Long Beach after contact from another car took the No. 18 Zoro Racing machine out of podium contention with just two laps to go. The 50-minute Grand Prix of Long Beach was marred by numerous incidents that created several caution periods and allowed for just seven laps of green flag racing.

A LOOK AT THE CHAMPIONSHIP: Phil Fogg Jr. currently sits sixth in the provisional Pirelli World Challenge GT Cup Championship Standings with 367 points after five rounds.

THE TRACK: Barber Motorsports Park is a 2.38-mile permanent road course located just outside of Birmingham, Alabama. It features 17 flowing turns and 80 feet of elevation change that challenges both drivers and engineers. A 45-foot-wide racing ribbon also makes it imperative for patience while setting up overtaking opportunities.

THE PIRELLI WORLD CHALLENGE: Zoro Racing competes in the Pirelli World Challenge, one of North America’s top production car-based championships. Pirelli World Challenge events are a maximum of 50 minutes start to finish and feature standing starts.

PHIL FOGG JR, DRIVER OF THE NO. 18 ZORO RACING PORSCHE: “I have never been to Barber other than on the racing simulator. I have heard from several people that it is a beautiful track and I’m really looking forward to competing there. It was great to score a win at St. Pete, but after that race, our luck wasn’t the best on the street circuits so I am looking forward to getting to Barber and having two strong races this weekend with the Zoro car.”
