As one of the first drivers to commit to the GT4 division in 2018 and with a podium result at the first event in his home race at the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, Jason Bell has decided to make a change and join Global Motorsports Group (GMG). Effective immediately and joining the California based team for this weekend’s event at Lime Rock Park, Bell has partnered with one of the premier teams in the Pirelli World Challenge paddock.
“I’m really excited to join GMG,” explained Bell. “At every event in 2018, they have been at the front of the field and are committed to winning. They have knowledgeable staff, high quality mechanics and experience that is second to none. With other drivers in the program, I will be able to better myself with the use of their data and feedback and can’t wait to get to Connecticut.”
Bell added, “I would like to thank everyone at M1 GT Racing for all of their help, support, hard work and training over the past two years. They are definitely one of the best looking programs in the paddock and will have continue to huge success. I wish them the best of luck in the future. Sometimes you just need a new team with new people to help you elevate your game and I am confident that GMG is the right choice.”

What began as a small 1200 sq. ft. shop, maintaining two race cars, has grown into a 30,000 sq. ft. state of the art performance tuning, racing and service facility located in Santa Ana, California. The staff, attention to detail, and passion are what make GMG the choice of professionals and enthusiasts worldwide.
